Hallowed Be Your Name Making God look Good Through Accurate Knowledge

My Personal Mission

Mission Statement

I hallow God’s name in word and deed. [1]

What is your life philosophy in 3 sentences?

  1. God had a reason for creating humanity; He has a plan.
  2. Christ Jesus is His project manager; He’s implementing that plan.
  3. I want to consciously support that project by following His voice.

Mission Paragraph

Our heavenly Father is loving people to life through Jesus, whom He anointed as our head and high priest.[2]

He (Christ Jesus) has given me a ministry of reconciliation,[3] and is using me to unify his body[4] by helping His brothers and sisters to focus on Him.[5]

My mission is to teach them to follow our shepherd’s voice[6] so that He can lead us to quiet waters, and make us lie down in green pastures;[7] it is he who fills us all with all the fullness of God’s nature.[8]

I accomplish my ministry the same way Jesus did – by means of prayer and action.[9]

You may find reading the “Scriptures and Notes” to be easier and more valuable than relying on the pop-up boxes.

Mission Scriptures and Notes

[1] Therefore pray in this way: Our Father, who is in Heaven, Hallowed (honored, venerated, treated as holy) be Your name (Your spirit/nature.)  Mat 6:9

I (Jesus) have revealed (shown) Your name (spirit, nature) to the men whom You gave to Me out of the world..  And I made known (described) to them Your name, and will make it known, so that the love with which You have loved Me may be in them, and I in them.  Joh 17:6a, 26

[2] For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  Joh 3:16

But that you, speaking the truth in love, may in all things grow up to Him who is the Head, even Christ;  Eph 4:15

Since then we have a great High Priest who has passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.  Heb 4:14

[3] whereas God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and putting the word of reconciliation in us.  2 Cor 5:19

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and ‘you will find rest for your souls.’  Mat 11:29

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  Joh 1:4

Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify (hallow) your Father who is in Heaven.  Mat 5:16

And truly He gave some to be apostles, and some to be prophets, and some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.  Eph 4:11-12

[4] And this until we all come into the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God,  Eph 4:13a

… Holy Father. Keep them in Your name (spirit/ nature,) those whom You have given Me, so that they may be one (in spirit) as We are.  “I am not praying for these alone, but also for those who believe in Me through their word; so that they all may be one, just as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You have given to Me, I have given to them, so that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; so that they may be perfected in unity, and so that the world may know that You have sent Me, and You loved them just as You loved Me.  Joh 17:11, 20-23 EMTV

[5] We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith. He saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought him.           Heb 12:2a GW

[6] I am the good shepherd.  When he has brought all his own outside, he goes ahead of them. The sheep follow him because they recognize his voice.  Joh 10:11a, 4 HCSB,

[7] The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s (reputation’s) sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod (that defends) and thy staff (that rescues,) they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.  Psa 23:1-6 KJV

but whoever drinks of the water that I (Jesus) shall give him shall never thirst, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.  Joh 4:14

I (Jesus) am the door. If anyone enters in (into God’s presence) by Me, he shall be saved and shall go in and out and find pasture.  Joh 10:9

[8] For the entire fullness of God’s nature dwells bodily in Christ,  Col 2:9 HCSB  (He is love – full of the spirit of grace, faith, power, health, abundance, and success)

For this cause I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, … that He would grant you … to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth and length and depth and height (of life,) and to know the love of Christ which exceeds what we can know, that you might be filled with all the fullness of God.     Eph 3:14-19

through which He has given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, so that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.  2Pet 1:4

until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into a mature man with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness.  Eph 4:13 HCSB

“When God made you, He designed you to run at optimal level when you are filled with His love, like a car that run at its best when it is filled with the right kind of petrol or gasoline.  When you realize how much God loves you and you feed on His love for you, you will be supernaturally filled with the fullness of God.”  Joseph Prince, Daily Grace Inspirations, 5/26

[9] Pray without ceasing.  1 The 5:17 KJV

Before now you have asked nothing in My name (my nature;) ask and you shall receive, that your joy may be full.  Joh 16:24

At that day you will ask in My name (with my faith, for my reasons;) and I do not say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father Himself loves you (wants and empowers you to succeed,) because you have loved Me (obeyed my commandments and so taken on my nature, 1 Joh 5:3; Joh 15:10) and have believed that I came out from God. Joh 16:26-27

Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son so that Your Son also may glorify You, I have glorified You upon the earth by completing the work You gave Me to do.   Joh 17:1b, 4 HCSB

My Father is glorified (and his name/nature is vindicated) by this: that you produce much fruit and prove to be My disciples (trainees.)  Joh 15:8 HCSB
